Split subtitles

One subtitle file, several hands: cut it into parts — every N lines, every N minutes of runtime, or a fixed number of equal pieces.

Parts are cut on cue boundaries — a line is never split in half — and each part is renumbered from 1. Runtime cuts follow the subtitle timings, so a part never crosses a chosen boundary mid-line.
