• Subtitles not recognised well? A screenshot of one frame (with the subtitle visible) plus the language tells us almost everything.
• A tool misbehaved? The subtitle file itself, or the two lines before and after where it went wrong, is the fastest way to a fix.
• Missing a tool? Name the job you need done — “split a file every 10 minutes” is a perfect request.

No forms here — mail is the only channel. Your files and videos never leave your device; the only things our server holds are your account and your usage count.

The site is operated by Local Subtitle Kit. For anything about a purchase, include the Creem order number from your receipt.
