Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all purchases on subtoolkit.com.
Who you buy from
All payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) as our merchant of record. Your order confirmation and invoice come from Creem, and refunds are issued by Creem back to your original payment method.
Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel at any time from the Manage subscription button on your account page — it opens the Creem customer portal. No email or phone call needed.
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and will not renew. You keep full access until then.
- You can also cancel by writing to us (see below) and we will do it for you.
Refunds — subscriptions
- 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy with a subscription, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
- After the first 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable, but you can always cancel to stop future renewals.
- If you are in the EU, UK or another region with a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies in addition to this policy and is not limited by it.
- If a renewal charge took you by surprise (for example you meant to cancel earlier), contact us within 14 days of the charge — we handle these fairly.
Refunds — credit packs
- Unused credit packs are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase.
- Once credits have been used (any extraction minutes spent from the pack), the pack is no longer refundable.
How to request a refund
Write to support@subtoolkit.com (or use the contact page) with:
- the email address you used at checkout, and
- your Creem order number from the receipt (it looks like
ord_…— it is on your confirmation email).
We respond within 2 business days, and Creem typically completes refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Failed, duplicate or unexpected charges
If you see a charge you do not recognise, or a duplicate, contact us first — it is almost always resolvable in a day. Charges on your statement appear as CREEM.IO or similar; they come from us.
